I recall seeing this situation on here but I can’t remember how it was handled. I sold a PSA 4 shadowless Charizard on eBay and the buyer requested a refund because “the corner of the card is bent”. The return is apparently approved automatically. Is there anything I can do here? This is incredibly frustrating as you can obviously see the crease in the listing and you’re not buying a PSA 4 because you expect mint quality.
Sadly you cant do much. Best thing is to accept it, make sure it comes back in one piece, and relist it. Looks like buyers remorse to me.

Can someone request a return if they’ve already left you positive feedback? To me that would signal the end of the transaction.
Yes, I’ve had that happen to me
It sounds to me like this buyer has no clue about the PSA grading standards. When you buy a card graded under a 6, there is bound to be some form noticeable damage to the card, such as the creasing on the card you sold. This is an incredible amount of wasted time for everyone involved, because the photos clearly depict the creasing like you said. I wish the best of luck to you in this return!
