So yesterdayNight I went on my nightly walk for some pokemonGoEXraids when I decided to check my mailbox and supriseSurprise;
I find this glorious package (&yeah, i know my blackout skills are spectacular, no need to inform me) -all the way from the US!
After opening i was greeted by my favourite 3 pokémon (Quagsire, Mew, Gengar)- my SS made sure the whole gift was themed around these 3 glorious bastards
Some careful cardboardTape cutting later I get this package of cards;
Stoked to see that @azulryu is my SS 
I got my some new all-favourite artworks thanks to the Gyarados master himself!
Quagsire Power (And a cool Pokémon2000 card! reference to my SkyridgeTheory I’m guessing? 
& some GhostyType Pokémon to go along with a “Surprise Box” & two toploaders…
Uncovering the toploaders gave me this sight; A mintyNewFresh08 Mew promo & a card turned around in a (beautiful!) sleeve…
The madlad actually gave me a superMint HoloGengar 
Love the E-series & have no non-English holo’s, so this is a great start to expand the collection- Thanks a lot man!!
&you couldn’t have known; but I keep an “artwork” binder with my favourite artworks & other cards that are special to me (played a lot in decks or just nostalgiaFactorHighs) & I have these 3 Gyarados artworks in there that I really liked and pulled myself @ a Prerelease;
But now the page looks a lot better
- Quagsire’s are safe in the binder to (as said; had none of those artworks yet!)
& I found a great place for the darkTrainers to; I’ll still have to figure out where i’m gonna put the Gengar, but soon I’ll recieve a complete non-holoSkyridge set & gotta reorganize the binders; I’ll blast an update in my collection thread by then (last update has been ages, but thanks to this SS I’m getting all hyped for Pokémon and buying stuff- so thanks for getting me addicted again E4)
Anyway’s… I was all happy & had the cards binderd’d up & was ready to throw away the rest of the stuff assuming this was my gift- until i started wondering why the two cardboardpieces were taped together so neatly (I assumed the cardboard was only for extra protection/firmness…)
Only to discover that he also sent me an sealed Japanese SouthernIslandSet (the awesome one, featuring Mew!!)- The "surpriseBox"idea worked quite well (although i almost threw away this part of the gift)- But thanks again @azulryu !!! I adore the overlapping artwork on this piece & will find an great place to showcase this item!
