Mentions Fukuoka in the title and description, with a picture of the Tokyo version. Glare in the picture is also exactly where the set number would be. Only two different pictures, others are duplicates.

FYI: The Fukuoka version with number 102/DP-P is extremely rare and hard to find, in which case this price would be justified. The other versions (098, 099, 100, 101) are easier to find, and not nearly as rare. The one in the pictures is the 098/DP-P version from the Tokyo Pokémon Center.
