I agree with others here. This is most likely a PSA 7. Hope for a PSA 8, expect a PSA 7, and pray that you don’t get a PSA 6.
I make a huge distinction between print lines due to factory damage and print lines due to the joining of the foil sheets (i.e., “weld lines”). Weld lines are very common in the EX era and on the 
affected by them.
Print lines are often disclosed by sellers but weld lines are rarely disclosed. Perhaps this is because weld lines are not actual damage, but a characteristic of the foil printing process.
