Glossy cardstock happens sometimes in modern sets. Although these are the first Reverse Holos or French ones I’ve seen. It’s not too common, though. I personally deem them as misprints.

PS: If you’re interested in selling the Pikachu, lmk. Although I’ve stopped collecting Pikachu in all languages released after Feb. 27th, 2021 (25th Pokémon Day), for misprints I might make an exception.
