I recently sold my PSA 9 No Rarity Ninetales to an instagram user named cardhouse.eu. They received the card in a timely fashion and then immediately proceeded to contact me about how there was a “scratch” on the card. I never saw this scratch at any time when I had the card ungraded or when it was graded. I believed this card to be a very strong 9.
