Help with a recent purchase

So I bought what I thought was a good deal from Ebay recently - a sealed Jungle and Base set booster. They arrived today and I’m not sure about the quality of the base set booster. I’m not 100%, but it looks like the pack may have been tampered with (some pics below)

Seal on the top is not completely closed:

Is this normal? Seems like it could be signs that the pack has been resealed.
Now to be fair, the seller did have this in the description - “Sealed good condition, slight damage to the top of the pack seal (see all photos)”. Although, the pics he provided weren’t clear AT ALL.

More annoying are the holes in the side of the pack, which were not mentioned (pic below)

I’m not sure if i’m being overly-cautious with my scrutiny or if i’m justified with this. The guy has 100% feedback, but only 17 sales and the Jungle pack seems perfect, so I’d like to think that he’s genuine.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Those holes are standard and completely normal.

The holes on the side? Would you say that the seal at the top is normal too?

Yeah side holes are fine. Top is probably only something you can tell in person. I’ve bought a couple packs recently from eBay that turned out resealed once I opened them

Thank for all the help! I’ve decided that I’ll keep the pack, but I’ve just weighted it and it’s showing up as 20.88. I had no plan to open this, but with the pack being in poor condition I’m finding myself tempted. Would 20.88 ever be considered heavy?

20.88g is flirting heavy. I think the numbers were 21g are guaranteed heavy. Open at your own risk.

Weigh it on another scale or maybe recalibrate your scale just to make sure. 20.88 I would consider heavy.

I rarely pull holos on packs weighing less than 20.9
