I just dont know where to put my cards valued ar $300-1000without paying $20 per card is all. Do you guys just declare them as $99 and go on your way ? I’m not really worried of the risk of psa damaging cards too much, i mean if it happens it happens but it 99% of the time wont.
Just curious as to if i can just add them in one of those $10/card bulk submissions and no one bats an eye, thanks !
I usually value them truthfully as to what I have into them it just so happens I buy a bunch of cards raw for pretty decent prices so occasionally I will be submitting cards via bulk that end up grading 10’s and are worth $1,000+. You can’t really help it when a PSA 9 may be ~$50 and a PSA 10 is severala hundred or a thousand plus. Probably 95% or more of my cards are submitted bulk.
As long as you are being reasonable you won’t ever have issues. When a card even in PSA 8 is like $500 + think GS zard, base 1st zard, almost anything like that I will always go with regular though. Currently I have a regular sub out with high tier GS’s and base 1st cards. I only used super express once back when it was 2 day and I had a mint raw base 1st zard.
You should always protect yourself and your assets.
Think about this for a second, if anything at all happens to your higher value cards, are you going to be pissed if PSA hands you compensation that is significantly lower than what you have invested into it?
For perspective, this is coming from someone who always values the cards they send truthfully, has had multiple cards damaged and compensated fully and had an entire sub lost.
Yeah you guys are definitely right. I Usually deal through Ludkins & charlie even though I have a PSA membership, it just seems wasteful to have one unless I have trust issues I suppose eh. All things considered, I think it’s best to stay with him and let him take care of those little things. How would one even go about proving any defect/ flaw from PSA ? I was watching that thread about the 1st ed shadowless psa 9 scandal and that definitely is a non-winnable case at all
I ask mainly because My PSA membership is up for renewal next month but it just seems ludkins is the optimal choice all thingns considered, plus I have dealt nearly 500 cards through charlie, I just think id rather do that than run up a membership and do it all right.

If yo are worried, take high resolution images / scans of your cards. It’s what I tell my customers to do.

If you have 500- 1k$ cards in ur submission, I would honestly not send those in bulk.
As inconspicuously as possible. I’ll certainly never write “2 day” on the box.
I once heard a wise old man say that if you don’t even value your cards enough to pay for the appropriate service level then why would you ever expect PSA or the general population of people to view your cards as valuable assets?
