Instagram deleting accounts with Pokémon in the name

Does this only gonna affect Instagram or also other sites like Twitter???

My nickname literally has the word “Omanyte” which is the name of a Pokémon. So, I’m kinda worried about the situation.

Should I modify it a bit???
