Limited Premium Pokemon x Bear Walker Skate Boards

If you havn’t seen, Pokemon has teamed up with the craftsman Bear Walker to make limited edition skateboards! All of them look great, but which one stands out to you from a personal standpoint and also collectors standpoint?

For me I like the Gengar the most but the collector in me wants the charizard… lol. Originally though they would be about $100 but now it’s certain that they will be more based on some details from Bear himself.

Known details:

  1. Limited to 150 copy’s of Each Pokemon
  2. This is the “FIRST SERIES” of five Pokemon. (We are certainly getting more)
  3. Price is unknown
  4. Ships with Certificate of Authenticity
  5. Releasing Feb. 11th

They will be live on the Pokemon Center Website on the 11th. I don’t think we know exactly what time though. I imagine they will go fast. Iv’e been asking everyone I know who isn’t even a Pokemon Collector which one they like more, and Gengar seems to be winning among the non-fans. But the collector in me wants to go for Charizard…

I want one so much, but I’d feel so bad actually riding it and getting it dirty/chipped. I’ll probably get pikachu to display and gengar to ride.

Yeah as cool as it would be I don’t think many people will be riding them! But for every person who does it make the other that more nicer! I really want wither Gengar or Charizard/Pikachu.

I just posted about this as well haha. I kind of want one, but im not sure how willing I am to get one just yet seeing as Id want to ride it but would rather preserve it

Just picked up a Gengar + Gyarados because I apparently don’t care about financial security anymore :grin:

Really want a gengar! May have to get one today if they still have them. Also debating on the N Reshiram artwork on the site though :confused:

It’s something super cool! For me, I feel like they take up quite a bit of real estate and the space needed to store/display them doesn’t match my interest in skateboards. If I could skateboard, I don’t think I could bring myself to use one out of love for it, but I’d definitely buy one.

@nportell, I knew that Gengar would be popular, but I thought that Gyarados would get some more love. I guess that I should never underestimate the power of Charizard/ Pikachu.

agreed, the amount of space and awkwardness to display these is kind of a turn off. I say that, but I have a vintage pokemon skateboard sitting in the corner of my room as well lol.

For sure. Those two will always be first to go. Gengar was the best though!
