need help with n64 Promo Snorlax/Porygon sealed product

does anyone have more information on this? does it contain the two pikachu records promo cards? how rare is it? is there any way to tell if it was resealed? (I purchased it several months ago off yahoo japan in a lot)

Pretty much all Japanese promo items with that type of sticky seal cello can be “resealed”. Its more along the lines of being able to be opened and then put back in and closed up. Best CD, this, Neo files - most can be opened and put back in. Not all that rare, this is only part of it, without the cards, just the CD.
