No rarity Venusaur (68) and Machamp (68) incorrectly share the same number.

No rarity Raichu (25) and Pikachu (25) incorrectly share the same number.

For a long time, PSA wouldn’t touch the Raichu and Venusaur due to this error. Eventually, evidence was brought forward to suggest that these errors exist on all no rarity copies of Raichu and Venusaur, and that the error was factory-made and acknowledged in Japanese promotional materials.

About PSA not grading No Rarity Raichu and Venusaur

So, as you probably know, PSA doesn’t grade No Rarity Raichu and Venusaur anymore. I heard that it is because of their number error. What PSA would need is some official documentation about it, right ? On this official poster made by Media Factory / Corocoro, we can see all the No Rarity cards, and we can see that Raichu is #25 and Venusaur #68 ; wouldn’t that be enough to convice PSA to grade Raichu and Venusaur again ?
