Do you know if PSA/Beckett accept submissions of cards which are double sleeved (using KMC perfect fit or Dragonshield resealable sleeves for instance), with that same card then inserted in a penny sleeve?
I think either way, removing the cards from a perfect fight sleeve would help prevent them from being damaged.

penny sleeve inside semi-rigid w/ tab on the penny sleevecards are easier for the grader to remove from a penny sleeve+semi-rigid than a perfect fit+top loader
Use penny sleeve for ease of removal. Perfect fit sleeves will damage the cards.

The penny sleeve + semi rigid + post tab combo is just a scam for sleeve fabricators and tab manufacturers to get money from you. Raw cards in plastic bags wrapped in tape are the only true way to submit!
