I am considering buying this card, it looks to be pretty clean apart from this lightweight scratch on the back. How does PSA treat this kind of damage on the back of the card? What would you estimate it would get? I was thinking a 8? Maybe 9 at a push?

@fireftw87, That is a tough call. In my opinion, assuming no other damage or scratches, it should grade a PSA 9. Any little thing will knock it down from a 10 in my mind, especially on a holo card. If they graded that an 8 I would be surprised, but it’s hard to tell from the picture if the scratch is really deep or not. It looks like it could be easily missed, so I go with a PSA 9 assuming a clean front.
Assuming the holo is completely clean (hard to tell from just one picture) then I would assume the card will most likely grade a 9. But it’s also possible it could get an 8. I highly doubt it could get a 10 with that scratch, even if it’s on the back.
