I’ve checked Ebay and couldn’t find any recently sold decks and the only currently active ones I could find was one in Australia where the guy is asking for around 15k USD equivalent and one that’s a part of a set where the guy is asking for 28k USD. Not sure if any of those in the set he has are more valuable than the others so no real help there. Also I wasn’t able to find any results from searching this forum so if i screwed that up I do apologize.
So does anyone know the current market value of this set? I understand that they are desirable due to the guaranteed shadowless status along with the potentiality of pulling multiple ghost Pikachu’s so I just want to make sure I’m getting a fair price for it. Thanks!
There are recent brushfire gold strip sold for 2500-2800 or best offer. Also a destroyed blackout gold strip for 1100. Looks like somewhere in the 2000s depending on condition of the box is a good starting point. I’d add a premium for Zap because of the chance to pull ghost pikachus.
If you want it sold asap, $2000 is likely, if you want max value and have time $3000 because the mewtwo and pikachu inclusions. Can you share a photo of the bottom as well?
Absolutely, I don’t know why that bottom pic didn’t upload properly. I’m definitely not in any big hurry so 3k sounds great to me! When you say inclusions though is it a pretty good guarantee that both are in there?
LOL, not so much remorse, more like anger. I have my sister in law selling a bunch of stuff I kept in a box for me and I had told her NOT to post that yet as I wanted to do more research on it. When I realized she had posted it I asked her to take it down, lol.
