As some of you know, I collect a lot of things. Of course my Pikachu, Seviper and Mimikyu collections, as well as my general Pokémon collection. I also collect twisty puzzles; Yu-Gi-Oh cards in general; Minerals & fossils; etc. I also still have some collections from back in the day somewhere in the attic, like happy tail stuffed animals, pogs/flippos and my three-generations (grandma, mom/uncle, me) post stamps.

But this thread will be for my Yu-Gi-Oh Rarity Collection. I don’t care which card it is, but I collect one of each rarity. The ones in red I’m still missing; the orange one is incoming; the grey one is most likely a fake.

I realize these scans barely show the differences / coatings of some of the cards, so if you want to see a photo of an individual card let me know, then I’ll make one. It was a bit too much to make over 80 individual photos, hence the scans.

Yoo, gotta appreciate another yugioh fan! Are you also trying to collect popular or well-known errors, or simply mentioned them as part of your universal rarity collection?

Now you need to buy the most expensive card for every rarity.

No Harpy’s Feather Duster used as example. I’m disappointed.
It’s seriously the only YGO card I ever collected (combined collection with friend) reaching well over 200 at the peak. Location of the collection is unknown xD I gave my part to my friend for his birthday a few years back and he lost it.

Lol, I do have one or two Harpy’s Feather Dusters, can swap them out. As I said, I only used the first card in my collection I could find of the given rarity, even though I have over 4,500 Yu-Gi-Oh cards. For most of the misprinted or OCG rarities I only have one or two however.

I’m currently only collecting rarity-misprints for my collection. Although at some point in the past I was collecting misprints in general. Got some Duel Terminal cards without the Duel Terminal foil, got the Stone Soldier with the Upper Deck icons, got some miscuts, crimped cards, etc. etc. I probably have around 50+ other misprints, and 4,500 Yu-Gi-Oh cards in general. But my only focus right now is my rarity collection (and I sometimes buy cool Yu-Gi-Oh products, like the Legendary Decks 1 and 2 boxes).

nice, man! Ive only recently been collecting Secret and Ultra Rare errors, but there seems to be so many in YuGiOh lol. I really like some of the notorious ones, though. I still need the Jinzo Morphing Jar and Rainbow Dragon misprint

I never seen anyone do every rarity collection before. The strangest one I saw was big eye collection.

nah it too low. the price is around at least 65-100 and the price is increasing due to collector demand. I know someone have four already and he wouldn’t sell it. ;( If anyone pay more than $100 then they REALLY want it.

Don’t you just love it when sellers add free additional cards? The Full Foil Super Rare has arrived, with a few added free cards. One of those free cards was one of the new Secret Rares, which apparently got a holo Attribute and Level just like the new Ultra Rares. That’s one rarity I didn’t even knew existed and hadn’t listed in my first post, but now I’ve got it at the same time I’m discovering it! :grin:
