Sitting next to the unopened case of Topsun Pokemon chewing gum that I found in my garage this weekend were several unopened packages of gummy candy that contain character stencils and DIY illustration cards.
As the product was released in 1998, is it possible these cards produced by Bandai so kids could practice for the TCG illustration contests that were held later that year?
