Without doing any research, off the top of my head:
Non-Holos: $3,500
Charizard: $14,000
Blastoise: $4000
Rest: $10,000
Total: $31,500
If somebody has a more accurate number I’m curious how close I came off the top of my head lol
Misread your original post lol. So $3,500. Sorry guys idk how to read I guess haha
3 such sets have sold on eBay just recently. The realized prices were $3.8k, $3.5k, and $2.4k. The lower price was an auction while the higher prices were Buy It Nows.
There is one set currently up on eBay for $6,500 with a best offer, so definitely worth taking a look at that.
I definitely recommend buying all the cards at once if you can, because the prices of the individual cards adds up to more than what the complete set is going for (as usual).
$3500 seems like a steal, considering the non-holo rares are all around $100 apiece and the more popular commons and uncommons are also over $100 each.
I actually agree $3,500 is a solid price. Price came from an Instagram sales post last week (price firm) so I’m just going off that to throw a number out there.
how much would 17-102 go for in 1st edition base psa 10
Dragonair ($350), Beedrill ($300+), Red Cheeks Pikachu ($350), Yellow Cheeks Pikachu ($200), Bulbasaur ($150), Charmander ($100), and Squirtle ($100) alone sell for over $1,500.
14-15k
Using relatively conservatively price estimates, my spreadsheet says the individual cards add up to a little over $20k.
If you can find someone willing to sell a complete non-holo set for less than that, all power to you.
Well, that’s what I have that’s why I was asking. I want to sell so yeah
The main thing you should be aware of is that these types sets tend to sell for significantly less when sold all together compared to being sold individually.
So you will likely have to decide for yourself if the convenience of selling all the cards at once is worth several thousand dollars to you.
@hyruleguardian, it looks like the auction that went for $2.4K only had 4 of the cards graded which would explain the lower price. I agree with what everyone else said at it being around $3.5-$4K
Ahh okay, that makes sense.
I believe the latest in non-holo’s with both red and yellow cheeks is around $25k. Holos around $135-140k. PSA 10 / current market value.
