Combing through the current PWCC auction block I see 1st edition jungle Eevee PSA 10 is currently over $1000. Also jungle Pikachu PSA 10 at $600? I have several of these cards, ungraded (pack fresh) and I imagine most collectors on here have the same if not more.
Am I missing something here?
Its hard to believe such a common card can be worth so much.
The key word in your question is “ungraded”
I don’t think they are saying that theirs are worth $1,000. I think they are saying the graded ones might be a little inflated at that price. I couldn’t disagree, but I hope they keep going up.

lol in a seriousness, it is illogical, but this demand market is acting on what’s available now and people can’t get their pack fresh cards through PSA fast enough for supply to outpace demand, so this is what we got.
The post is about confusion on how a card that is so common is worth $1000 in PSA 10. The evidence provided that it is common is that OP and many others probably hold multiple ungraded mint copies.
The key word is ungraded. Prices of the PSA 10 is mainly dictated by the amount of PSA 10 available. I’d argue the price we are seeing on graded Jungle commons is mostly a premium due to the time it takes PSA to grade something.
If we could grade cards in the time it takes to snap our fingers, I’d imagine the price of many jungle commons wouldn’t hold. But we can’t do that, so the number of ungraded copies available is irrelevant until they are pushed through PSA
