Well it happened lol the Chansey from Evolutions is finally a pop 1 psa 10 card! Never thought i would see the day. Really curious how to even place a value on it. Im gonna make a bold guess and say it will sell for $5k 
I assume the owner will auction it off unless they receive some crazy offers. Which, i have no idea what they would be lol

If you want a real valuation on this card, I’d say $2k-$5k. Pop 1 after 5 years is interesting. The upside is severely limited. You’re buying a winning lottery ticket, except some terminals are still printing tickets.
I knew evolutions holos were low pop, but also knew there’s 1 maybe 3 people willing to pay a premium for the available supply. It didn’t cross my mind to grade any until PSA was already backed up. There could be a supply lag. There also may not be. That’s the price premium to be determined. $2k minimum.

I’m going to say at least a few more will pop up by the end of this year
edit; you can also see the infamous evolutions holo print line going right through the center of the holo which I’m sure kept many other previous copies graded from receiving a 10

with the evolutions holos, it’s definitely a small market of buyers for the psa 10s, based on my own experience with selling low pop psa 10 holos. most people do not value these cards more than a couple hundred bucks, but in the right hands, some of these cards go for crazy dollars. the chansey is the same. i imagine most people wouldn’t pay more than 1000 for this, but for those chansey enthusiasts, i could see them justify throwing down 3-5k. but as mentioned already, the upside is not great.
With the amount of Evo cards that may be at psa currently, it isnt out of the question to see more 10s come up. Price is completely subjective plus maybe there are other pop 0 Evo cards? Not something i collect so im not sure how desirable a master set would be. Seeing the first 10 since the sets release is nuts imo

Just depends on what someone is willing to pay and whether the seller is happy to let it go for that price
