When I upload in the imgur app, I don’t get the .jpg link. Annoying. I linked the pic just now.
I thought this was a bit weird as when I first saw it, I thought they’d intended to say the ‘start’ of, rather than ‘star of’. Seemed weird to have a typo on packaging, But maybe I’m wrong and ‘star of’ makes sense.

A closed Poké Ball logo? And a faded folder with backwards Pokémon? Kind of sceptical wether it is authentic or not.
The production quality of the packaging is actually super nice, which is betrayed by the imagery and typeface used because they make it look faker than Joan Rivers’ face.
Regardless, whoever made this did a fantastic job.

This was given to shop owners as promotion for the Base set. The Pikachu is a window sticker I believe.

I was going to say about the same as abv - the Pikachu with backwards “Pokemon” was likely a sticker for promotion somewhere. But I also have to agree with 'M the closed Pokeball is pretty odd. I was wondering why the logo seemed off to me, that would be why.
The Charizard Authority confirms these as legit. Turns out that these were given to UK (also EU maybe) sellers to promote the game. Here’s more pics of the booklet.

I thought along the lines of @abv150 just from looking at it but didnt want to get shot down without proof…It would be sort of weird to want to produce a fake box with a closed pokeball when you have the starter set image right in front of you.
