One thing to add I think. Where do these cards keep coming from? Lol.
It most likely was a 9.5 with 9 corner grade in the old grading scheme would be my guess and then got “upgraded” to a 10. Unless this was just graded recently? Either way, it’s not what you’d expect out of the average 10.
Also I am a PSA fan for 99% of my cards, but wasn’t the PSA 10 Illustrator originally a PSA 9 and it had a corner chip as well?

There was a reprint of illustrators last year. Tpci saw the demand and didn’t like where the price was headed so they decided to reprint

I held this copy when it was raw. I pregraded it PSA 9 and I said at the time if it didn’t receive the scrutiny of being an illustrator it could be PSA 10. It is a very strong copy, the front is very nice.
What Scott and Dyl said is right. both PSA 10 and CGC 10 does not mean a perfect card. There is a higher 10 grade too. Overall this feels overly pedantic

I’ve seen that type of whitening on PSA 10 cards. It’s not that bad if you’re looking at it with the naked eye. When you ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM ENHANCE ENHANCE ENHANCE flaws, they’ll look terrible no matter what.
