I was actually able to buy a US item shipped to a US address (I think because my primary address is in Canada).
Either way, a good opportunity for some to buy something and/or to sell something around the $180USD/$250CAD mark

I’m assuming the primary address has to be in Canada but I did not test this.
Also there’s a chance you can just make a Canadian account using a spoof address, add a new shipping address to where you want to mail it and I bet it will work.
Yeah, the account probably needs to be registered through the Canadian website, can’t get it to work on my US account even with a Canadian address as primary, even while logged on the Canadian website.
When I say primary, I mean the main address associated with the account, not the primary shipping address
