2004 Tropical Wind No Staff PSA 10 (card # 26)
The pop report I looked up shows 9 PSA 10’s for this card.
7 of them are on eBay at this moment.
That seems like an really large % of this card up at one time.
Am I looking at the pop report wrong?

I’ve just had a look, and you’re right, it seems weird. What I will say is that somel of the Japanese sellers seem to be advertising the same card (they have very similar pictures), and might even be the same person. I’ve noticed that to be the caae with a few other cards as well.
It’s called dropshipping.
Real seller lists an item on a closed japanese marketplace. Resellers relist the item on ebay with the same picture but significant markup. If someone buys the ebay copy, the reseller will buy the original listing and send it to you.
Love this card and did a big amount of research. The non-stamped version was given out to the audience. The “Worlds 2004” stamp was given to participants.
You can buy raws of this card between $4-20. With price like that you could probably buy a bunch of raw and pick the best out and get a 10 yourself. Was considering this approach myself until I found a PSA 10 Italian Stamped copy for cheap.
Thanks for the information. That helps a lot. Really was looking at it because of the Pysduck to add to my kids collection. The price seemed really high and for 150 and 200 PSA 10 just two months ago. I know prices go up, but that seemed extreme. Prob will look into a ungraded version.
Thanks for the education on the tpoic. Did not realize people did that.
Dropship in my world is when a customer orders through my companies website but we have the actual manufacturer ship the item. We still take a cut, but do not have to carry the cost inventory.
The dropship label is pretty much spot on
