That is actually considered a thin stamp, looks legit to me. It’s in an old PSA case so it would be hard to believe someone years ago faked a 1st edition stamp to gain a few bucks.

Looks good to me. Although, as already mentioned, technically that is a thin stamp, “thin” referring to the width of the “1” in the stamp. I know what you meant though, the ink is very heavy. Probably just early in the print run.

Looks 100% legit tbh, stamp is perfectly placed and looks genuine. Also as @ccrntrade these were graded way before the questionable stamps popped up.

Thick and thin is determined by the size of the 1 inside the 1st edition stamp. If it’s a real thin 1 it’s heavy on the ink and considered thin. If it’s a wider 1 it’s considered thick.
