This is likely going to implicate thousands of collectors and most likely over 10 million dollars in fraud (at a minimum) with how many of these have sold now.
For the love of God, we need to make this happen! This is truly a gold mine for content and is all coming to light now. E4 is ground zero for breaking this news (you all are awesome). Reminds me of the theme of, “don’t f with cats” with how the internet worked together to solve that mystery.
This story will most likely go down as the craziest thing to ever happen in our hobby ever. It really puts the Logan Paul days to shame lol.
There are plenty of very talented documentary buffs on YouTube that would run with this. I think we’re far more likely to get a bite from them than from Netflix.
Despite Netflix has the opportunity to do the funniest thing right now, I think that a documentary series from a Youtuber that takes the time to research the matter can work very well …
For my part, the best I can do to contribute is with subtitles to Spanish …
My first instinct is that it would be too niche for Netflix, BUT considering we’re talking potential fraud to the tune of $millions… I’m sure they’d be able to put a fantastical spin on it that would appeal to the masses. But yeah, totally agree with @Dyl, YouTuber reach is so broad these days that it’ll probably do just as well on there!

This was actually my first thought was to get coffeezilla to do a video this would be a perfect video for him to do he has resources to reach out to immediately about this I’m sure that pfm or really anyone who’s a part of this in e4 would be happy to make a statement about it and it still has a twist of mystery to it does someone want to reach out to coffeezilla see if they want to make a video about this?
Doesn’t have to it’s not that hard to understand the concept of a piece of paper having been printed in 2024 that was supposed to be printed in 1996 you don’t have to be an expert in Pokémon to understand why the cards are fake you just need to know that it was supposed to be printed in 1996 with the help/supervision of one of the creators (akabane) then a company meant to authenticate the cards said they were real. But a bunny man (pfm) decided to look closer found printer dots and realized that they were fake and printed in 2024 after people spent thousands of dollars on them making millions in losses and damages and that’s where we are at right now (in the video he would probably go in a little deeper then that but that’s the general gist)
