I was looking around for all the Zekrom cards ever released and came across this nice jumbo BW-P promo I’ve never seen before. Searched on eBay for it and found none (only a couple Tepigs from the same promo event), and bulbapedia has the only info I’ve seen.

It’s from the JR Hokkaido Pokémon Survey Team 2011 event
They’re fairly rare, the few times I looked into it the last sold would be a while ago on Yahoo auctions for around $100+, although this was possibly months or even a year or two ago. Looking at “ポケモンカード スタンプラリー” (pokemon card stamp rally) on Yahoo right now, none of the three sold in the last 6 months. There was one sold on Mercari for 10k yen “more than half a year ago” (very helpful) and it wasn’t in the greatest condition.
Considering it seems the Tepig from that event also sells for really high prices itself, I’m going to guess that stamp rally had low participation overall, which is unfortunate.
The account called wishfulwailmer on Instagram has recently posted all of these jumbos, worth checking them out.
