Has anyone seen these Pokeball/Screw head shaped print marks on any cards before? Just noticed it on my holo Japanese Celebi.
It’s the JP set symbol for Awakening Legends/Neo Revelations
Those two faded grey circles under the attack is what I am talking about. I have another neo rev japanese celebi that does not have these symbols. Added red squares to clarify.

Orbies! That’s what I call giant circle holo patterns (versus the stars or cosmo pattern). There are the regular non-lined versions and the lined version you have. Sometimes variants of cards will showcase the holo pattern with or without bleed. I’ve seen this a couple of times on Japanese cards especially. Here’s a look at a Holo-bleed Giovanni’s Gyarados for comparison.Sometimes the pattern only shows up and there’s no bleed. Other times, there are. It’s just the variance of the ink.
Try shining a light slowly back and fourth over the card. You might have a holo-bleed.
