Are these card real or fake?

Good afternoon from europe
I would just like to know if anyone knows if these poncho wearing eevees are real or not? Bought them a month ago from japan and I recently became a little skeptical. Does anyone have any thoughts or opportunity to show with evidence that they are real or not?

They are fake. They shouldn’t have texture and the holo should look like an oil spill like below
