Hey guys! Was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this. Is this some sort of misprint or just artwork that got rubbed off the card? Or are these just fake? Ive never seen anything like it so I got a little curious. Any thoughts? Thanks 
One was on ebay not so long ago, well seeing the top border of the chansey’s art frame has been removed by some kind of rubbing, I will call it hand made, that’s my guess.

Acetone will remove almost anything on a Pokemon card except for the holo. This is commonly used to fake error cards, or to make some really cool alters.

Thats what I suspected. I’d assume it was so, but the only thing that threw me off was how neat the edges were for rubbing. Wanted to make sure i wasnt jumping to conclusions.
