Yes they’re fake, and produced by a third party.

I think it’s because even though he sells fakes, someone might still buy them and give them positive feedback. And those people usually don’t know they are buying fakes or don’t care about the fact that they are fakes… So even if you see a high rated seller with suspicious cards, keep your eyes open.
