Was thinking about getting this graded but wasn’t sure if these were scratches or print lines?

Hard to tell for sure. Light would suggest print lines but they don’t look quit either like normal print lines.
However, whitening on lower back left and top right and definitely scratches on back top left

Either some of the worst print lines in Pokemon card history or insanely uniform scratches. Not sure which. Either way, I can’t see it getting more than a 7 with them and the back wear

I mean, I own worse (formerly slabbed) 8s. An 8 is possible. But those scratches/print lines are so severe that they definitely hurt the eye appeal of the card. Still a great card regardless.

I’ve had these scratches of various different cards from many different purchases.
They’ve come from binders when put in and out.
