UPDATE: Purchased the 1999 Wind, now focusing on the 2004 and 2007
$42 is not a bad price for that card. There was one listed for less, however, the prices are currently down for graded 1st ED commons. That exact card PSA 10 was selling for $80+ a year or two ago.
