I understand what the rule is but the prices I found from sold listings on eBay are extremely low. Nidoking I’ve seen sell for 60-75 dollars

Offer what you’d like to pay/what you think the card is worth, seems simple enough. Who cares if you pay more than the last guy, you will be one step closer to completing your goal!

And base 2 just doesn’t sell for a huge premium. Wouldn’t be surprised to see a nidoking listed for $79 BIN
