Does anyone have any knowledge of this? I have never seen an unlimited box with 1 country code. I know black triangle packs come out of the regular unlimited box with 6 codes so cant be those. Also the only 1 code boxes I thought were 1st edition and shadowless green wing boxes? Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

It’s the 1999-2000 run of Base Set that was made in the USA. A lot of people see the Blue-winged Charizard & don’t check the bottom. All the non-holos will be 1999-2000, but the holos will still have the 1999 date.
