Hello,
019/DPt-P aka Battle Tower was awarded as a prize to participants of the Beat of the Frontier Release Commemoration events during March 2009.
I have searched around with no luck, does anyone have figures of how many people participated in these events.
Basically I want to know loosely how many of these cards were given out.
