What do you think the best trainer card is? I know they have been making some really amazing ones recently. For some reason they decided to make a lot of SV sets have trainers as their chase card.

This really should have been a holo in Legendary Collection at least. Timeless Sugimori piece and the background is made for galaxy.

i personally don’t feel strongly about trainers in general, but i do have some that i like
for “regular” supporters, saitou’s from the HGSS era
as for modern goes, there are a few that are top tier for me personally
but if i HAD to choose a favorite, it has to be the cynthia’s ambition SAR
Too many good ones. I really like the Kizuki Trainers. Modern trainers are out of this world and would be impossible to choose between.
how could I forget about cynthia and gastrodon! Id like to change my vote from Lana to that one

The beautiful Sugimori art, alongside the tranquil sunset colours & slice of life scene gives the whole thing a serene, day in the life feels that most other trainer cards are missing.
Couldn’t agree more. It’s hard not to daydream about living in a Pokémon world when looking at this card.
I think the best Trainer cards are the ones that unlock content in “ACTION Q” … Trainers such as Underground Expedition, Relic Hunter, etc …
Also, Trainer cards such as No.1 Trainer or Poké Dude due to their legacy in Pokémon TCG or Trainer cards such as Pokémon Center Tokyo/Osaka, Touch Generational Change or Shining Imakuni due to their artwork …
And also, I highlight some awesome Trainer cards such as Blue’s Exploration, Irida or Perrin …

I especially like the Rare Candy. I’ll pick one up some day, but it seems to be just a normal card from the L2 set, so I’m not sure why it seems to run $10-20. Maybe it’s just really cool?!
