BGS 9.5 Centering WTF

So, here’s a BGS Quad 9.5 card. While it may look very clean, but the centering is just soooo offffffff. How this even happened, I mean do the graders don’t even look at centering or what?

Yeah that’s a nice card.

So if off-center is only on the back of the card it shouldn’t affect the grade much? I just have some good cards, but they do have exact same issue thats why never tried to grade them.
