So i drove today a 2 hour journey to pick up someones huge collection (All Ungraded). He started collecting back late 90s & bought cards up until around 2008.
After much talking on a price we managed to settle a deal. Found it very hard to put a price together due to not having a clue what some items are!
If anyone can help me out by identifying some of the sealed goodies i have it would be much appreciated!
Il also show some of the other bits i found while searching through.
Il be uploading more photos of the whole collection over the coming week!
OP, there’s a easy to use insert image button when you post. Or maybe you didn’t use the direct link to the images. I can see them all, but for example you have 1st pic as imgur.com/a/IEklw when it should be i.imgur.com/jexG2PU.jpg.
Nice collection for sure. I’m not too savvy about Japanese product, but the last one is the 1999 Pikachu Best Collection CD Promo which should include a Shadowless Pikachu with all other cards from the CD promo set. I recently bought one and I was very happy with the cards.
Pretty much every card you have is either an unnumbered promo, or you can see the face of the card and can look up the set number yourself. The hard stuff will be in the sealed containers which I’ll help with, the rest you can do the work yourself.

Image 4, You can see a set number
Image 5, try holding it up to the light, usually you can see through the. I’ll let you try and find out what it is.
Image 6, search ANA promo and you’ll see all that they could possibly be. I’m not such which cards are contained inside each one.
Image 7, Trainer mag promos, you have set numbers as well

Image 9, CD promos, TR Meowth, Dance Neo Imakuni?, and Misty’s Lapras
Image 10, Gray stamp Pika jiggly, corocoro exeggutor. Treeko I’m not sure on because of the stamp.

Here’s some additional info to the list Cullers posted:
Image #4 2001 Japanese promo 020/P Pokemon Center Osaka(sealed card has a plastic coin in the back that usually causes indents)
image #11 2001 Japanese promo 006/P Space world Celebi
Image #14 2001 Coro Coro magazines, the one with #5 comes with a Japanese promo Shining Mew #151(very rare if still intact),
The #8 comes with promo card 003/P Sneasel
Image 3 Not sure(haven’t opened one in a long time) but I think it may have 2 Japanese promo cards that came with the 2005 Pikachu’s Summer Festival DVD…077 Azumarill and 078 Pichu bros
I specialize in the japanese unnumbered promo cards and I can identify a few of those. Some of them are pretty valuable too!
The English Glossy pikachu and jigglypuff you have are extremely rare in a high grade. They are the glossy grey star promos and together in mint condition can sell near 100 bucks together or more. Jigglypuff is worth less.
I also see bilingual exeggutor, which is really cool and fetches a decent price. Last checked it was around 25-30 bucks.
The CD sets are awesome IF the cards are inside. You have rocket’s meowth, neo imakuni and Misty’s treatments cards sealed inside the CD cases. Misty’s treatments is the most valuable at about 50 sealed. Some on eBay are selling for 100, but that’s a crazy price.
Inside the magazines may be cards. If they are really thick then it might be the Gotta Mew Card, but I can’t remember exactly what the magazine looked like.
The folder with Ash on it has “Toyota Pikachu” inside and is a very rare card fetching upwards of 50 dollars if mint. Probably more actually. I just sold a NM one for 50 bucks.
The VHS tape is the Bulbasaur and squirtle intro pack and is an awesome set worth about 100 dollars or more sealed.
The peel cards that I see 3 to a page are the World Hobby Fair Cards. Unpeeled I have seen sold listings close to 200 dollars! I “think” that is what you have there. If so, then jackpot for you!
B-day pikachu sealed is valued at around 50 last I checked, but it may be more now. The other 2 small folders are the JR rally mewtwo and eevee cards, which can sell for 25 each mint last I checked.
Those are the ones I recognized. I stopped collecting the japanese promos after 2001.
I know all of these. If you have any questions feel free to ask. First 6 in the binder are lottery promos, there’s multiple CD’s likely sealed with the promo cards, grey star corocoro cards, the 2 corocoro magazine are shining mew and sneasel.
