Buyee Paypal Error?

Hi all,
I tried to connect my Paypal with my Buyee account; but I constantly get an error: “An error occured. Failed to update your PayPal information.”

Any ideas how to fix this?

Try contacting them. There is a chat option since around 9 am japan time. They usually answer very fast and solve any issue you might have

have you tried turning it off and turning it back on?

if that doesn’t work, maybe blowing on the cartridge?

last thing i can think of is tapping on it while it is booting up.

in all seriousness, i agree that trying to inquire with their chat might be a good first step.

did you register your PayPal to a different buyee account before? if that’s the case you cannot link your current PayPal to a new Buyee account.

the way to resolve this is to go into your PayPal account and disable the Buyee payment Authorization.
