Buying Unweighed Legendary Collection Booster Packs

Have been collecting every WOTC booster pack Unweighed! Unfortunately as much as I don’t like legendary collection it still is the last WOTC set so I’ll dish out to complete my full unweighed collection. Willing to pay $300 per pack for a complete art set.

Don’t have any packs, but curious about what you mean. Isn’t skyridge the final WoTC set? Or are you strictly talking about for that style of card, pre e-reader?

Oops sorry I skimmed over the question. What I meant was last of the WOTC packs I don’t currently own. Thanks for showing the dates of release I see what he meant now.

Why don’t you like the legendary collection?

Basically the same reason I don’t like base set 2, reprints. I own an art set of base set 2 because it was a lot cheaper when I purchased compared to legendary collection, but now that legendary collection has been going up and I just bought unweighed 1st ed base from poke rev I figured I might as well try and complete the full WOTC collection in one swoop.

Every loose pack you buy will be weighed at this point unless you get it directly from a box break.

85% of my collection has been purchased from box breaks, TCA, z and g, and some other trusted eBay sellers with 1000s of feedback and 99-100% ratings. There are some packs I purchased early when I first got the idea to start this collection that might have been weighed, where I was bidding on auctions for single pack arts, but for the most part they’ve all come from trusted sources.

Also besides that tldr explanation, the firework reverse holo doesn’t really do it for me lol

hope you were able to get some from pokerev before they sold out

How else is he gonna guarantee that they are going to be unweighed though. Also that could be market price for all I know. I don’t follow legendary collection packs

I would have bought them if a purchase sealed option was available :slightly_frowning_face: thats the only reason I bought the 1st edition base boosters from him. I was lucky enough to get emailed from the wait list

Thought that was always an option but he couldve changed that and I could be wrong

I have watched every box break this past month or two however long it’s been. He stopped doing keeping sealed a option awhile ago now. I think he only made the exception for base set because it would have probably took longer to find all the buyers ok with opening them at the price point of base set. Which is understandable. As a viewer seeing all opened is much better. But as a collector I understand keeping them sealed because opening can possibly be a huge swing and miss depending on pulls. Good luck on finding your packs tho

Yea after the 1st edition base set packs he’s only had the open live option unfortunately, from what I can tell

Thanks man, at this point the prices are getting a little too crazy to warrant finishing a WOTC pack collection just to “finish” it with legendary collection. Probably just gonna sell my pack collection off (after taking a final pic) and put it towards a charizard.
