What in the hell did I just buy? I’m assuming it’s some sort of filler card similar to blank cards. The seller I bought it from claimed he pulled it from a base set pack years ago. I’ve seen a few of these but I have no concrete info on them. 
I’ve asked a few folks. Everyone’s seen them but nobody has any info

Does the value get hurt since it’s not a common error? The problem is that everyone initially thinks it could be fake, so if it’s real who can tell? Also, PSA probably cant grade this, right? All that can really hurt possible value and it becomes a niche collectible. Kinda right there with a square cut card…
There literally is no value since it’s unique; value is whatever tony is willing to part for.
No legit way unless pokemon declares its legit but ppl who’ve seen a lot of cards can generally assume if it’s real or not

It’s a one of a kind so far, so I wouldn’t liken it to square cut (esp since square cut can be created by cutting up sheets). I would liken it to FPO - seems legit in terms of production; origins unconfirmed; test print; etc.
It’s not one of a kind. TCA sold one awhile back.
I don’t consider this card an error.
Just picked up a 2nd copy. It’s 100% confirmed not one of a kind haha. I wish there was more information on these. So frustrating!
