Can someone tell me about this?

I found this at my grandmothers house and after doing some research on EBay it seems to be rare. Can somebody tell me if this is real or fake?

It is a shadowless Charizard.

The reason it is shadowless is because the card itself is invisible.

Also, if eBay says something is rare, then you can be certain it is rare.
