Can't lose opportunity at walmart?

I went to walmart looking for the cereal packs, and they had a ton. But I found this darkrai tin for 19.98. Last time I checked the card was a 15 dollar card give or take.
It doesn’t say Promo on it either. (Did pokemon stop making cards with promo and just use their regular counter-part?)

Anyway, you get 4 packs with the tin as well. I imagine if you had a distributor you could do even better with this tin. This was the only one they had left in stock or I would have bought them all.

Has anyone been buying these to turn a profit?

Wow! People are paying 5-6 dollars for the code too. No wonder they only had 1 tin left at my walmart.

Wow I never realized that the Darkrai card was worth so much. My Walmart has been sold out of these mini tins for the last month or two now though.

What packs come in it again?

I got a fates collide, sun and moon, sun and moon 2, and evolutions.
I got a hyper rare lapras out of a pack too. =) Centering is poor sadly.
