I know that with the new sets, whenever a card is stamped with the set name in the bottom right corner of the picture, its a prerelease but is this the same with the older sets. I have a Kingdra Delta Species from Holon Phantoms stamped with “EX Holon Phantoms”. Just curious to understand why it is stamped like that?
I believe in some older sets the reverse holos were like that. Not sure about the set you mentioned but I’ll do a quick search and find out.
Edit: I couldn’t find anything about the kingdra or holon phantoms but I’d bet on it being a reverse holo because they started doing that a few sets before that.
Yep this occured for the reverse holos in the EX series sets starting with EX Team Rocket Returns and all the way to EX Power Keepers. From bulbapedia page on EX Team Rocket Returns

“For the first time, the reverse-holographics feature the set logo in the bottom right corner of the character window. Also, the reverse-holographic versions of the holographic rares have gold foil name text, as well as the foil rarity symbol. These features were added to avoid confusion with the holographic rares.”
Thanks for the help.
How come when I search the card on eBay. The unstamped ones are priced below $5 and the stamped cards are priced over $20?
RH Holos are generally harder to pull than Holos.
