Hi there, Im new to the forum, first time poster.
I was going through my old Pokemon cards and found my Clefable card from the Jungle set. To me, the set symbol on the card looks different than the other Jungle set cards that I have. It seems thinner and doesnt connect in parts as all the rest of the jungle cards I have seem to.
My question is, does anybody on the forum know anything about this? Is it a misprint or no big deal? Any answers would be appreciated.

I’ve seen it on four non-Holo Jungle cards as well in the past (Lickitung and Tauros I can remember, the other two not). I’m actually looking for a Pikachu like that myself, although not very actively.
I don’t think they’ll be worth anything more than a regular version though. Most people probably won’t even care about them, so unless it’s for a specific Pokémon and they’re going after every minor variation like me, it will probably be worth the same as a regular Jungle Clefable in comparable condition.
I’m pretty sure this is a somewhat fairly common occurrence with jungle holos. I can’t prove that with any data, but I have noticed it before and just didn’t care.
I’m always torn between error cards/misprints/miscuts/different printings of a card within the same set, etc. because in my opinion some of them really make the card stand out like a Red Cheeks Pikachu or the No symbol jungle errors or Regigigagod’s entire miscut collection that he shows off on IG that I think is quality miscut and off centered cards.
Then we get into little things like 1999-2000 Base and 1999-2000 Fossil and no rarity japanese base etc. and people start having differing opinons. many lose interest or at the least, won’t put their money into that niche of the market.
And then it seems like there is an extra level of finding any minuscule detail that isn’t right no matter how insignificant and making a new category of error cards. I have nothing agaisnt it personally and I think I’ve fallen into the trap before, but in my opinion, it’s just too much. To the person who has collected everything and wants more, maybe it’s an additional chase?
