I was interested in buying some jumbo cards but have no idea how to protect them - for standard cards, I use KMC perfect sleeves and then put them in a ring binder. I want to add the jumbo card too to the binder! Does anyone know if sleeves exist for them? Or are aware of pages to put into the binder that fits jumbo cards?
I know they changed the jumbo cards dimension some time ago so it would be cool to know how to store both versions.
There was a Jumbo card binder that came out for the 25th Anniversary. But it only works for Jumbos made in the SWSH era on, as they changed the size of them when that started. Outside of that, I don’t have any experience attempting to protect them.
Every time I have submitted a Charizard I have done it in that 6 x 9 top loader and sleeve. It has been just fine, I’m sure most people who submit them don’t even do that
I use the same sleeves as @pfm mentioned above, and after that I’ve placed them in Ultra Pro toploaders. After that everything is just in a regular A4 office binder.
I gonna need a couple at some point. They are like £5 apiece for a loader + sleeve here and buying in bulk is out of the question as I likely won’t get any more jumbos I want to keep.
All I have are the Moltres/Zapdos/Articuno and the Crystal Tower’s Entei jumbos.
I use A5 size sleeves bought on amazon made for mini-binders. Its a makeshift solution for the older size jumbos but its worked well for me. Havent checked smaller sleeves for the new jumbos since I bought several of the 25anniversary binders when released.
I’ve been very happy with these binder pages, not sure how widely they are sold but they fit the old jumbos perfectly, without sleeves tho but i haven’t seen the sleeves as necessity since the pages fit so well
Does anyone have a recommended A5 - sized binder that has worked for them, preferably with D-Rings, or some alternative binder method? I cant seem to find one anywhere I search
Im sorry, i was going to suggest the ones I use but they seem to have been discontinued and are very expensive now. Currently most if not all minibinders have round rings.
