Sorry for the necropost but I was searching information about Tamamushi University Hypertest items and I came accross this thread.
I think my message could be useful.
Last month, I have purchased these rarities:
(the pictures come from the auction, I will take better personal pictures later)
These goodies were all distributed through the Shogakukan magazine during the Tamamushi University Hypertest campaign.
There are:
Picture 1: Pokemon PhD certificate, badge x2, pocket book’s cover x2, notebook x2, pennant flag x2
Picture 2: bag
Picture 3: Super Dr. certification Trainer card case, Hyper Dr. certification pencils
The items below were also distributed during the campaign (I did not buy them):
