CoroCoro Comic Scans from 1995 to 2008

Hi folks. Just wanted to share a resource I’ve used a couple of times to find certain CoroCoro Comics and realize that more and more people seem to be interested in them outside of the ones that feature actual cards. For specifics and inclusions. I would trust folks like @droripory who knows more intimate information about inclusions and extras. This resource is a categorical list primarily from 1995 to 2008 of CoroCoro comic issues. They are primarily about the pages themselves and not necessarily what’s included (though you can easily guess based on imagery and context). So say you see an art of your favorite Pokemon in an image that you’re sure is a CoroCoro comic - this will help you locate where it comes from.

The full site is here: コロコロコミックレビュー

It’s how I’ve found the first mention of Shining Gyarados inside the 2001 February Issue as well as where Himeno’s promo board of her 4-Frame Gag Theatre art came from: Inside the 1997 August Special Issue. So I hope it can at least be used as an additional resource. It’s also a blast to peruse through!

Cheers!

This is amazing!!! I had no idea that site existed …
Definitely gonna bookmark it … Thanks for sharing!!!

Unrelated, but I found interesting that there’s a Doraemon design I’ve never seen before … (from Feb.2001 issue; same one as Shining Karp/Shining Gyara)

These type of things (even if they’re unrelated to Pokémon TCG) make me feel even more interested in starting to collect CoroCoro Magazines in some point of the future …

Thanks for everything!!!

Wow thank you for sharing! I’ve been dragging my feet on collecting Coros and this will be a major help!

I have been collecting corocoro magazines since 2017 and have them as display /backgrounds. I also dont really know the value of any of them but am sure I have some good ones. Is there a site that shows the value or rarity of these magazines? Thanks for sharing the link above. The history of some of these magazines is incredible.
