Costco "Eh"

As a master set collector, I typically buy card variants (cosmo, cracked ice, etc. etc.) secondhand but I’ve been really impatient lately and am just buying the sealed product for the exclusive card variant and throwing everything else away. JK.

This brings me to my question. For those who follow cards or sealed prodcut, what are the chances that US Costcos will get these Canadian Costco “Kanto power mini tins”.

**Just when I had made completed my binders and had the exact number of spots, made it perfect… Pokemon has the audacity to make these 4 card variants from S&M era** :stuck_out_tongue:

I think we could see them, though chances are slim. I did see someone on PokeBeach mention that the spelling of “favorites” instead of “favourites” on the box implies an international release, but of course nothing is 100% sure. TPC would be missing out on a lot of sales if they didn’t bring the box to the states. Even if the box remains a Canadian release, the promos will likely be super obtainable thanks to the current market climate we’re in. People en mass will be breaking down the boxes to sell the contents online for profit.

I think it’s kind of funny they made variants for cards 2-3+ years old. It’s something I worry about when planning modern binders and seeing it happen just makes me laugh.
